Mile Marker 0 Key West, Florida
Following my solo ride through the Great Smoky Mountains, including several days of cold rain, I met up with Laurie and we trailered the bike down to Naples, Florida. Then we rode the 200 miles through the Florida Keys and to the end of Highway 1 in Key West.
I had many hours of freezing riding in the rain over the previous few days. When we got to Florida is was HOT and humid.
In all, I rode about 2,200 miles through five states. It was a great way to wind down riding for 2014.
